WHEN THE WORK NEEDS A BRAIN.WORK WITH CRISSA · IMPLEMENTATION UNIT
YOUR OWNER-MINDED OPERATOR.
I find what's costing your business time or money, design and build the AI systems + automations that actually fix it, and get them working fast without giving you another project to manage.
AI SYSTEMS · AUTOMATION · BUSINESS OPERATIONS
I want the system to work almost as badly as you do.

WHEN THE WORK SHOULDN'T NEED A HUMAN.data · databases · interfaces · infrastructure
WHEN THE SYSTEM NEEDS MORE THAN A WORKFLOW.I don't start with “what can we automate?”
I START WITH WHAT'S ACTUALLY WRONG.Think of me like an extra operator inside the business. Someone who understands the goal, follows the money, notices what isn't working, and doesn't need to be spoon-fed every next move.
CLAIM → RECEIPTS
YOU DON'T HAVE TO TEACH ME BUSINESS BEFORE WE TALK ABOUT SYSTEMS.
I didn't start with AI automation. I've been moving between the customer, the business, and the technical side of the problem since I was 18. It just looked different at every stage.

18–21FREELANCE / GENERALISTCONTENT · EMAIL · UI/UX · WEB · APPS
I started as a generalist across content, email, UI/UX, websites, apps, client work, and a digital marketplace startup in Romania. I learned early to look at the whole thing, not only the part I was hired to touch.
22BOARD OF DIRECTORTOGGLE INNOVATIONS · IT STARTUP
I learned to stop treating technical decisions like isolated technical decisions. When the startup eventually closed because of financial issues, the lesson became painfully clear: building something that works is not the same as building a business that works.
23BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSTENTERPRISE · 5,000+ EMPLOYEES
My job became sitting between business teams and technical teams. Across e-commerce, mobile apps, and internal systems, I learned that the technically “best” solution means nothing if it does not fit how the business needs to work.

25 · NOWBUILDING FROM BOTH SIDESFOUNDER · HEALTHCARE B2B2C · GUEST SPEAKER
I make the same build-versus-wait decisions in my own mission-driven startup. When every build costs time, money, attention, and technical capacity, “can we build it?” matters less than “does this deserve to be built?”
NOT QUARTERS
THE CLOCK STARTS AFTER THE CONSTRAINT IS CLEAR.
SPEED WITHOUT THE CIRCUS
I MOVE FAST.
Small systems can ship in days. Most focused implementations can reach a working first version in 1–2 weeks.
If the workflow needs more discovery, integrations, permissions, testing, or edge-case handling, I'll tell you before we build it.
Constraint, baseline, success criteria.
The smallest useful system in real hands.
Actual cases expose assumptions.
Fix failure modes and review results.
THE MACHINERY, VISIBLE AT FIRST GLANCE
CRISSA'S BUILD STACK
You don't need to spend six months figuring out which shiny tool survives contact with a real workflow.
I've already done the testing, breaking, rebuilding, API debugging, prompt tweaking, and “why did this fail at 2 AM” phase.

DIAGNOSE · DESIGN · DEPLOYACCOUNTABILITY IS PART OF THE ARCHITECTURE
I DON'T CALL“WORKFLOW DEPLOYED”A RESULT.
We decide what success looks like before building, establish the baseline, implement the system, then measure what happened.
What happens now?
What changed?
Did behavior move?
Keep, correct, or stop?
SYSTEM
COMMITMENT
WE DEFINE “WORKING” BEFORE I BUILD IT.
Every implementation begins with agreed acceptance criteria. If the delivered system does not meet those criteria, I correct the implementation at no additional build cost.
CRISSA SYSTEMS LAB · BUSINESS AUTOPSIES
DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT.
Here's how I'd think through real business problems from diagnosis to implementation.
WHAT SUCCESS HAS TO PROVE
THE NUMBERS COME AFTER THE BASELINE.
No decorative ROI. No mystery percentages. These sample readouts demonstrate the measurement method; they are not client results.
Compare handling time, waiting, and rework over the same period.
Separate real cost reduction from time that merely moved elsewhere.
Track only revenue behavior the system can reasonably influence.
Count approvals, escalations, and manual interventions.
Verify quality against agreed criteria, not a prettier dashboard.
Measure the full handoff, including queues and exceptions.
WANT AN OWNER-MINDED OPERATOR INSIDE THE PROBLEM?
LET'S SEE IF WE SHOULD WORK TOGETHER.
I protect enough working space to think carefully about each business instead of rushing through a list of deliverables.
Tell me what's going on, and I'll look at the problem, the potential upside, and whether I'm actually the right person to help.
