CRISSA SYSTEMS · DIAGNOSTIC UNIT
Stop fixing symptoms.
Find the constraint.
MEET MATE · METHODICAL ANALYSIS & TRIAGE ENGINE
Tell MATE what feels stuck. Explore a scripted example of how the method challenges a first theory, compares explanations, and frames the smallest move worth testing.
DEMO
METHODICAL ANALYSIS & TRIAGE ENGINE
Your business constraint investigation partner.
MATE is designed to investigate a real situation, test competing explanations, and turn evidence into a preliminary Growth Case File. This prototype demonstrates that method with a fixed example, not a personalized diagnosis.
THE EXPENSIVE PART IS NOT THE TOOL
It is fixing the wrong problem beautifully.
Symptoms compete for attention.
Traffic feels weak. Conversion feels weak. Delivery feels heavy. Everything looks important, so nothing gets investigated properly.
Your first theory may be downstream.
“We need more leads” can hide an offer, activation, retention, or capacity constraint. Scaling the symptom makes the leak more expensive.
Automation can encode the wrong answer.
A fast system built around an unstable process is still a bad decision, only faster and harder to unwind.
YOUR PRELIMINARY GROWTH CASE FILE
Leave with a decision, not another list of ideas.
Explore the sample case file: competing explanations, evidence, and the decision to investigate before spending on another tool, tactic, or hire.
NOT A QUIZ WITH AN AI SUMMARY
MATE investigates. It does not echo you.
The method separates what you report from what evidence shows and what can be inferred. The scripted walkthrough demonstrates competing suspects and why a build can wait until the process is ready.

THE HUMAN BEHIND THE METHOD
Marketing brain.
Systems judgment.
I help product founders find the gaps costing revenue, time, and momentum, then design the right intervention. Sometimes that becomes a custom AI system. Sometimes the honest answer is to fix the strategy first.
MATE is a strong starting point if:
- You have a validated offer or paying customers.
- You can share specific examples, estimates, or evidence.
- You are willing to fix strategy before automating.
MATE is not the right starting point yet if:
- You have no validated offer or real customers yet.
- You have no measurable behavior to investigate.
- You are looking for an AI build at any cost.
HOW THE PATH WORKS
From open question to approved intervention.
Investigate the complaint
Bring the messy version. MATE maps the system, challenges the first theory, and identifies competing suspects.
Test the leading suspect
Run the smallest seven-day experiment that could strengthen, weaken, or overturn the diagnosis.
Review the case with Crissa
Challenge the reasoning, correct weak assumptions, and decide whether the constraint is supported enough to act on.
Build only when ready
Measure, fix strategy, improve the process, or design the system. The diagnosis decides the intervention, not excitement about AI.
WHEN THE VERDICT IS “READY TO BUILD”
We do not hand you a diagnosis and disappear.
If the evidence says a custom system is the right intervention, Crissa Systems can design and build it with you. The same commercial logic that shaped the diagnosis stays attached to the implementation.
CRISSA
SYSTEMS
No strategy lost in translation
The diagnostician and system designer work from the same evidence, constraint, and success metric.
Marketing judgment before machinery
We understand offers, demand, conversion, customer experience, and operations before choosing the technical intervention.
Custom to the actual business
No preset automations. The system follows your workflow, data, judgment boundaries, and commercial objective.
Built to prove business value
Every build keeps a baseline, owner, outcome, and review loop so “working software” is not confused with a solved problem.
FIELD NOTES
Questions worth asking before opening the file.
Is this just a business quiz?
The intended method asks for evidence and compares alternatives, rather than scoring a quiz. The current demo follows one fixed example and does not yet analyze your business.
Will it always recommend an AI system?
The method can lead to measurement, strategy, process improvement, or human judgment instead of automation. The sample case illustrates a “measure first” verdict.
Is the diagnosis final?
No. This prototype shows an illustrative case, not advice about your business. Future case files will still need human review for strategically important decisions.
What happens to my answers?
Answers stay only in this browser tab’s memory. Restarting or reloading clears them. Nothing is sent to a backend, and this demo does not collect email addresses.
Before you build another system, find out what actually deserves one.
Explore the scripted investigation. Bring the messy version and see the shape of a clearer decision.
